Cancellation & Refund Policy
VREEM enforces a strict cancellation policy to protect every party's schedule. Confirmed bookings are binding, and penalties are deducted automatically from the total booking value per the schedule below.
Automatic cancellation penalties
• Cancellation 48 to 24 hours before the appointment: 12% penalty on the total booking value; 88% refunded to the client.
• Cancellation 24 to 12 hours before the appointment: 19% penalty; 81% refunded to the client.
• Cancellation less than 12 hours before the appointment: 27% penalty; 73% refunded to the client.
Destination of penalties
All cancellation penalties are routed directly to the VREEM corporate treasury as compensatory operational fees. The service provider receives no share of these penalties.
Force majeure exception
Penalties are waived entirely upon submission of official government documents proving a registered force majeure event from the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Provider no-show
If a talent fails to attend or perform, the client is entitled to a full refund after administrative verification. The platform's liability is limited to refunding the paid amount and excludes any external compensation.
Refund processing time
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 banking business days from the date the refund request is approved.
Cumulative sanctions
• First offence: formal warning logged in the system.
• Second offence: 30-day account suspension.
• Third offence: permanent ban with blacklist registration to prevent re-registration.
